Patricia Apollonia Kotero was an American model and a singer. Kotero was also co-starring with Prince in his 1984 film Purple Rain. She was the main female performer for Apollonia 6 and co-starred in Prince's film Purple Rain from 1984. Apollonia was christened as an actress and female singer by Prince. Apollonia had the opportunity to launch her debut album in 1988. Unfortunately, it did not leave an lasting impression on music lovers and was soon obliterated from the scene. Throughout the decade that followed, she remained an active actress with minor film roles and small TV shows. In 1997 Apollonia recorded a bilingual album in Spanish and English named Stay with Me. After that, she went back to college and earned a filmmaking degree, and formed her own production company, often working on television for children.
