Cristela is a stand-up comedian as well as a writer and producer American. Her most well-known work is the TV show Cristela that began airing in the year 2014. This made her the first Latina to create a writers and stars on her own network show. She grew up in Texas and later moved from Texas to Los Angeles to pursue her career. Her guest appearances have been in TV shows such as Sons of Anarchy and General Hospital. She also has written for TV shows such as Mind of Mencia. Also, she was presenter and host in "The The View". Moreover, she worked as a director in a few movies like The Angry Birds Movie.
