Dennings was with her "2 Broke Girls" co-star, Nick Zano, from between 2011 and 2014. Following the breakup the couple, she then started dating the singer Josh Groban. The couple remained together up to 2016. Dennings as well as Andrew W.K. met in the early part of 2021. The pair soon began to date and declared their engagement in the May of 2021. Dennings has been a huge lover of the musician since 2014. Although Dennings was Jewish and has stated that she identifies more with the faith on an ethnic and cultural level and is not a religious integral part of her daily life.
